Human Resources Advisor

This role can be based in Hamilton or Wellington and you will be working with a team working nationwide. In this position you will support the team with all things HR including:
- Recruitment processes
- Human Resources documentation and administration
- Guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Coordination of HR Projects
This is a truly generalist and diverse role and provides you with an opportunity to make the role your own. The preferred candidate will have worked in a similar role and hold a tertiary qualification in human resources.
We are looking for an exceptional person who has strong communication skills, well organised and an eagerness to deal with whatever comes their way. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday. We can be flexible with the hours to suit the right candidate.
