Data Analyst – part time based in either Hamilton or Wellington

The person will help understand how we are performing and support the right targeting of our services and marketing activities.   You will be responsible for collating, analysing and reporting on data patterns and trends.  This will include ensuring our funding reporting requirements are met.

A core part of the role will be focused on our retail business, Mobility Centre, helping to understand product performance, trends and target marketing campaigns.

This is a new role in the organisation, so the incumbent will play an important role in mapping our data requirements and help shape the position.

What you will bring to this role? 

  • Experience in a Data Analyst role including data modelling using a range of tools, techniques and multiple systems.
  • The ability to provide expertise to help determine and support the delivery of organisational reporting requirements.

Good ability to present data in a meaningful manner to users of the data analysis.

Ideally some familiarity with retail processes, point of sale systems and online retail.

  • Excellent attention to detail, deadline focus, self-motivation & good decision-making skills.

This is a part time role of 20 hours per week, and we offer flexible working opportunities and can be based in either Hamilton or Wellington.
